Description
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. Failure to recognise or respond to concerns can result in serious harm. This course equips learners with the knowledge and confidence to protect adults at risk and uphold their right to live free from abuse and neglect.
The training introduces the six key safeguarding principles and the ten categories of abuse outlined in the Care Act 2014. Through practical scenarios, learners will develop the ability to recognise signs of abuse and neglect and respond appropriately to disclosures and concerns.
