You will learn how to regularly assess your mental state using tools such as the mental health continuum, enabling you to take proactive measures to safeguard your wellbeing. The course also provides guidance on supporting yourself and others, including how to initiate conversations about mental health and where to seek further assistance. With one in four people in the UK experiencing a diagnosable mental health condition, it is essential to be equipped with the knowledge and strategies required to actively manage mental wellbeing.
This course is suitable for all sectors and professions. It also outlines employers’ responsibilities and duties in relation to mental health in the workplace.

- Recognise that mental health challenges can affect anyone and appreciate the importance of awareness, even if you have not personally experienced difficulties.
