It explores how individuals can cope more effectively with stressful situations, how workplaces can be adapted to improve employee wellbeing, and how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques can help regulate stress levels.
The course offers practical tools and guidance for both employers and employees to manage stress proactively and maintain a healthy, productive working environment.
