National Care Trust is committed to delivering high quality training, memberships, and related services. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for courses, memberships, and other services purchased through our website.
Course Bookings
Online and Digital Courses
Due to the nature of digital training materials and online access, once a course has been accessed, downloaded, or commenced, it is generally non refundable.
If you have not accessed the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
By purchasing a digital course and accessing the materials, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel under applicable consumer regulations.
In Person or Live Training
For classroom based or live training sessions, cancellations made at least 7 days before the training date may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the training date may not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to attend without prior notice is non refundable.
National Care Trust reserves the right to reschedule training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Membership Fees
Membership subscriptions, whether individual, volunteer, or corporate, are non refundable once the membership period has started.
Members may cancel before renewal to prevent future charges.
If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Physical Products
If National Care Trust supplies physical materials or equipment, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after returned goods have been inspected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Provide full details and photographs where possible.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

National Care Trust understands that exceptional situations may arise. Refund requests outside this policy may be considered at our discretion.
